While each session in the four-part series focuses on a different topic that relates to scoliosis, these topics are also applicable to other life challenges. We will build on your strength and resilience to help you see that you are equipped to tackle any of life's curveballs!
What about after I finish the Empower Hour series?
After graduating from the Empower Hour series, join EH Next Level! EH Next Level is a recurring monthly video call series for Empower Hour graduates. It’s completely free and is your space to catch up, share, and support each other.
Your favorite Empower Hour leaders will be there, too! Unlike the original Empower Hour, there won’t be a set agenda - this is more of a free-flowing space to reconnect and have some fun! During the call, we’ll split into smaller groups, so you can chat with people who relate to you.
Ideally, we want you to complete the original Empower Hour series first before joining the EH Next Level video calls. However, depending on the timing of the next Empower Hour series, we understand if you don't want to wait and want to jump right in with the EH Next Level calls.
The idea behind doing the Empower Hour series first is that it ensures everyone has a strong foundation of support and understands the ground rules for connecting safely and respectfully. That way, when you join the EH Next Level calls, you’ll be ready to get the most out of the fun, games, and conversations with your scoli friends.

Our Vision
Our vision is for healthcare providers to refer newly diagnosed patients to The Empower Hour program, setting you up for success from the start. Once you finish your four sessions, you've graduated! There are lots of support options that you can go to next, if you'd like. You'll also be invited to join our Scolios-us Mentor Program as a group member.
