4-Part Empower Hour Series | October 2026 | Wednesdays at 7 PM CST
The Empower Hour is a virtual support group series created to empower kids and teens with scoliosis. Each series includes four, one-hour video sessions led by experienced pediatric social workers who create a fun, welcoming environment while providing practical tools, meaningful conversations, and encouragement every step of the way.

10th Annual Brace Design Contest | June 2027
Our 10th Annual Brace Design Contest will officially start on June 1, 2027! We can't believe it's been a decade! Our Brace Design Contest is one of our favorite ways to raise awareness for scoliosis during June.
Plank-A-Thon Fundraiser | June 2027
We'll be planking for a purpose again in 2027! You can join the Scolios-us Plank-a-Thon and turn strength into support! Hold a 10-second plank for every $10 you raise! Every second you plank helps provide resources, support, and community for kids and teens navigating scoliosis. Rally your friends, start fundraising, and see how long you can hold strong for a great cause.
Virtual Scoliosis Awareness Month Celebration | June 26/27, 2027
Celebrate Scoliosis Awareness Month and join us for a virtual party during the last weekend of June! You can plan to come and hang out, meet other kids and teens with scoliosis, and celebrate an amazing month of awareness, community, and fun. This celebration will also mark the conclusion of our second Scolios-us Plank-A-Thon Fundraiser. We'll celebrate with fun games like Kahoot, a longest plank contest, and a scavenger hunt. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
