This website, and the information, content, products and services it makes available (which, collectively are referred to as the “Website”), is provided to you by Scolios-us, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, with its principal offices in Metairie, LA. These Terms of Use (this “agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of this website and use of the Scolios-us Bracing Mentor Program.
These are the general terms and conditions governing your use of this website and our services. By signing up for the Scolios-us Bracing Mentor Program and completing the application process, you are concluding a legally binding agreement based on these terms with Scolios-us, LLC.
Code of Conduct
By participating in the Scolios-us Bracing Mentor Program, you agree that you will not:

- use the program for any purpose that is illegal.
- use the program for any harmful purpose.
- use the program in order to damage Scolios-us.
- provide medical advice.
- spam, solicit money from, or defraud any participants.
- impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
- bully, “stalk,” intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
- send or post any content that violates or infringes anyone’s rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.
- send or post content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic violence.
- use offensive language.
- promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
- solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other participants or disseminate another person’s personal information without his or her permission.
- use another participant's email, share an email with another user, or maintain more than one email.
- create another email if we have already terminated your account.
- violate our Code of Conduct, as updated from time to time.
Scolios-us, LLC, reserves the right to immediately remove you from the Scolios-us Bracing Mentor Program if you have violated this Agreement, misused the program, or behaved in a way that Scolios-us regards as inappropriate or unlawful. If you do not abide by our code of conduct, you have breached our terms of use agreement and are liable for your actions.
Protect Your Personal Information
Never share personal information, such as your social security number, home or school address, or details about your daily routine (e.g., that you go to a certain gym every Monday) with people you don’t know well.
Reporting Suspicious and Offensive Behavior
When someone has crossed the line, the incident should be reported to Scolios-us immediately. Report anyone that violates our terms to brac[email protected]. Here are some examples of violations:
- Requests for money or donations
- Harassment, threats, and offensive messages
- Inappropriate or harmful behavior
- Providing medical advice

Scolios-us, LLC provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and to the extent permitted by applicable law, grants no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the service (including all content contained therein), including, without limitation, any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Personally Identifiable Information is any information that can be used to identify a specific individual such as your name, email address, and phone number. Scolios-us, LLC asks you to provide Personally Identifiable Information when signing up for the Scolios-us Bracing Mentor Program.
Scolios-us, LLC uses the information you provide for several purposes, such as to communicate with you and to match you to a mentor/mentee who shares similar interests with you.
Scolios-us, LLC does not sell or otherwise share Personally Identifiable Information with third parties without your consent. When a mentee signs up to be matched with a Scolios-us Bracing Mentor, he/she (if under 18, his/her parent) gives consent to Scolios-us to share Personally Identifiable Information with the selected mentor once the mentor agrees to become the mentor. A mentor's Personally Identifiable Information will not be shared until he/she has agreed to mentor a specific individual, at which point his/her name and contact information will be shared with the mentee.
Scolios-us, LLC uses industry-standard tools, such as firewalls, to ensure that your information is secure and confidential.
Limitations of Liability
Scolios-us, LLC and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the content available via the website. You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. You specifically acknowledge that Scolios-us is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of users or third parties.
