Thank you for your interest in becoming a 2023 Team Leader! Being a Team Leader is a wonderful opportunity to help even more scoli warriors just like you. We want you to understand what becoming a Team Leader means along with the responsibilities.

In order to be eligible to be a Team Leader, you must be at least 14-years-old and have been a Scolios-us Mentor for at least 6 months. As a Team Leader, your biggest responsibility is maintaining consistent communication with your team. We will be switching platforms in 2023 and will begin using a new platform. As Team Leader, you are expected to message your team at least twice a month on the new platform.

The other big responsibility of Team Leaders is welcoming new team members. When a new mentee or mentor is added to your team, you are expected to send them a welcome email or text within the first 3 days.
